LONGi won two product awards at Smart Energy Forum 2026 in Prague, the largest cleantech trade show in Czechia and Slovakia. The Hi-MO One Pro energy storage system won in the commercial and industrial battery category, and the Hi-MO X10 Fire-Resistant module won in the PV panel category. The awards were presented on 15 October 2026.
The SEF Awards competition takes place every year at Smart Energy Forum, and the jury assesses innovation and how well solutions respond to current market needs. Both products address the same need of commercial and industrial customers in the region: safe, reliable systems that combine solar generation and energy storage. LONGi develops this portfolio locally together with its strategic partners in Czechia and Slovakia.

Hi-MO One Pro wins in the C&I battery category
The award marks the first recognition for Hi-MO One Pro in the Czech market. The system, recently introduced in Central and Eastern Europe, is the flagship of LONGi's storage portfolio for commercial and industrial applications (C&I).
The Hi-MO One Pro is a 261 kWh modular hybrid storage system. It brings five core technologies together in one cabinet: energy management (EMS), battery management (BMS), power conversion (PCS), thermal management and LONGi's patented iCCS predictive safety technology. iCCS is designed to identify potential battery abnormalities before they develop into critical safety events.
The system integrates PV generation directly through a 63 kW MPPT input. Its EMS arrives pre-configured for European grid requirements, which reduces commissioning work on site. Capacity can be expanded as the customer's energy needs grow. Typical applications include self-consumption optimisation, peak shaving, backup power and microgrids.
The Hi-MO X10 Fire-Resistant module wins in the PV panel category
Hi-MO X10 Fire-Resistant is designed for commercial and industrial rooftops, where fire safety is a key concern for building owners and insurers. The module passed TÜV Rheinland’s UL 790 Class A spread-of-flame and burning-brand tests. The burning source did not penetrate the module or roof covering, and the module did not sustain flaming. The test specimens were randomly selected from a normal production batch. In addition it also achieved Class B under EN 13501-1 for reaction to fire and passed testing for B ROOF (t4) under EN 13501-5 – the highest external roof-fire performance classification within the t4 method.
Its safety design works on two levels. HPBC 2.0 back contact cells keep hot spot temperatures below 100°C, which lowers the risk of ignition. Flame-retardant encapsulation and junction box materials, together with high-temperature-resistant front glass, help limit flame spread in case of an external fire.
The module uses 108 half-cells, supports a 1,500 V DC system architecture and covers a power range of 580 W to 630 W. It keeps the anti-shading features of the Hi-MO X10 family and comes with a 15-year product and 30-year power warranty.
PV and storage from one manufacturer
The two awards reflect LONGi's approach to the commercial and industrial market: back contact solar technology and energy storage developed to work together, from one manufacturer. For customers, this means one partner responsible for the whole system, from generation to storage and energy management.
Safety and reliability were also a key theme for Adrian Kočan, General Manager Eastern Europe Distributed Generation at LONGi, who spoke at the forum's high-level panel on energy trends to 2030."Commercial and industrial customers in Czechia and Slovakia are looking for systems they can rely on for decades. That is why safety is built into both products, from the solar cell to the battery cabinet. These awards show that the market values this approach," said Adrian Kočan.

The Smart Energy Forum provides an important platform for exchange with installers, EPC companies and distribution partners across Czechia and Slovakia. For LONGi, these discussions offer direct insight into local market requirements and help strengthen the partnerships needed to bring reliable solar and storage solutions into commercial applications.
